How Many Treatments Will I Need?
You may begin to notice improvement of moderate to severe expression lines within 72 hours, with full results at two weeks. Botox Cosmetic typically lasts three to six months in most patients.
What Type of Results Will I See?

Is There Any Downtime Associated with the Procedure?
The procedure is very quick and easy. Prior to each Botox injection, an ice pack is used to alleviate any discomfort. There is no downtime after the treatment, but patients may experience slight redness around the injection site. We recommend patients should not use alcohol, aspirin or vitamin E five days prior to their treatment to help minimize any chance of bruising. *You should not receive Botox if you are allergic to eggs, or if you have an infection, swelling or muscle weakness in the area where the medicine will be injected. Tell your doctor if you have ever had a side effect after receiving any injectable in the past. Your provider will ask in-depth questions concerning your medical history to see if you are a good candidate for this treatment.
What Treatments/Procedures Can Be Combined with Botox?
Botox helps with reducing excess muscle contractions which helps to soften lines and prevent the “etching” in of lines. However, some areas may have hollowing or volume loss. In this case, fillers are great in combination with Botox to help restore volume to common areas like the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, under eyes, and the lips. Treatments to help the epidermis and general skin health such as DermaSweep, chemical peels, laser resurfacing and a customized topical regimen will help accentuate the injectable treatment. The combination of multiple skin therapies can effectively treat a wide array of signs of aging.
