Jenifer Fortney is a physician assistant at VitalSkin Dermatology’s Mattoon and Urbana locations. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Jen’s passion for dermatology comes down to one simple thing: she loves skin. She brings that enthusiasm into every visit, along with a genuine commitment to listening. Provider-patient relationships matter deeply to Jen, and she strives to make sure every patient feels heard and valued throughout their care.
Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, and helping out on her family farm. She lives with her husband and their two dogs — Quill, a long-haired German Shepherd, and Luna, a spirited Blue Heeler.
