Emily will begin seeing patients in August!
Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Biomedical emphasis and minor in Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She continued her education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, earning her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies. After interning in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Emily practiced dermatology in South Florida for several years before returning to the Midwest.
Emily provides medical and surgical dermatology care, treating patients of all ages. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Outside of the practice, she enjoys visiting national parks (she has visited around 70% of them and traveled to all 50 states), tending to her copious amounts of indoor plants, watching scary movies and documentaries, and caring for her rescue pets – a dog named Colby Jack who is originally from Puerto Rico and a previously-feral cat named Sage.
